The College has facilities from which the school community and broader community may benefit, through agreement and hire outside of normal school hours for appropriate purposes.

Brinbeal Secondary College has the following facilities approved by school council available to hire:
Community Hub Facilities include:
Basketball Court 1
A large multi-purpose single court ideal for fitness and sporting organisations looking to utilise the facility for a variety of training and competition purposes.
Basketball Court 2 & 3
A large multi-purpose double court ideal for fitness and sporting organisations looking to utilise the facility for a variety of training and competition purposes.
Canteen
A small canteen available to support the use and hire of Basketball Court 1.
Performing Arts Building Facilities include:
Auditorium
Boasts a modern and intimate environment suitable for small to mid-sized events. Featuring a rubber sprung floor and tiered seating. Please note the Auditorium currently has no AV equipment installed, and all audio visual and sound systems will need to be supplied by the hirer.
Capacity: approx. 160
Dance Studio
A small intimate dance studio featuring rubber sprung floor and various mirrored walls, ideal for practice and training only.
Capacity: 25-30
Food Studies Kitchen 3
A stand-alone home economics room with individual cooking stations, including ovens, stove tops and microwaves. Please note no equipment is included in hire and hirers will need to supply all their own equipment and utensils.

Facilities Hire Application
The Business Manager will be the initial contact for inquiry regarding facility usage and will be the day to day contact for groups hiring the facilities. A hire of facilities application form is to be completed for all new and interested hirers, this will then be reviewed by the Business Manager in consultation with the Principal, before seeking school council endorsement.
Please Note:
Brinbeal Secondary College School Council has not approved the hire of general classrooms. Only the facilities listed above have been approved by Brinbeal Secondary College School Council as available for hire to the local community.
